large–scale charity event – the
Friends of Harrow · Charity Family Tea Party
– launched in spectacular fashion.

Since the launch of this charity event, we have received tremendous support and enthusiastic participation from families across our school community. According to the consolidated statistics, the total value of donated items and sponsorships for this event amounted to RMB 264,144, and the cash donations raised totalled RMB 97,808.
To ensure full transparency, proper allocation, and clear accountability for every contribution received, the FoH Committee conducted careful financial management and thorough reconciliation throughout the entire event process. Necessary operational expenses incurred during the event, including venue setup, material procurement, event execution, and logistical support, were all reviewed and accounted for accordingly. After deducting all reasonable event-related expenses, the final charitable surplus amounted to RMB 32,363.38.
All proceeds will be dedicated to purchasing educational supplies for the schools supported through the Nanshan Education Bureau partnership programme — Xiuduan Middle School in Xiuduan Town, Lianping County, and Lianping Middle School in Heyuan City — in support of local educational development and student learning resources.

everyone’s expectations.
From 9am, the Early Years Centre had already been taken over by our little ones.
In the corridors, STEM activities, cup games, clay characters, and watercolour painting turned the hallways into an adventure-filled playground.
Meanwhile, the Upper School brought a science carnival outdoors, complete with a spectacular science magic show.

Adding to the excitement were equestrian experiences, golf, drones, DJI robots, VR, and much more – the entire campus echoed with the excited gasps of children!

The charity market was buzzing. Second – hand swaps, handmade accessories, original picture books, healthy light bites, and toys filled the stalls as parents and children browsed and chatted as they went.

The exclusive Friends of Harrow merchandise sold out within moments of its debut!
This tea party wasn’t just about play and shopping. It was a community – wide act of giving. In the charity raffle, lucky families took home Harrow gift boxes and generous prizes from sponsors.
All stall fees, sponsorship income, and raffle ticket proceeds will be managed by the Friends of Harrow Committee. They will be used exclusively to support rural education projects and help fund this event.
The afternoon talent show began on time. Solos, recitals, and band performances followed one after another.
When the band led by Headmaster Mr Daniel Berry took the stage, the atmosphere reached its electrifying peak.
The 2026 Harrow Shenzhen Tea Party concluded successfully.
