The Pre-Prep curriculum is designed to provide a holistic education for our young students, through the core subjects of English, Maths, Mandarin and Topic which includes Science, Geography, History and Art and Design. These are complemented with a range of additional subjects, which include: Physical Education, Music, Drama and Computing. Students’ personal health, social and emotional development is supported through the School’s PHSE curriculum （PSHE stands for Personal, Social, Health and Economic）.
The Lower School programme is focused on the development of literacy, through acquisition of phonics in Early Years and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) to support the fundamentals of speaking and reading. Students will then progress to develop their vocabulary use and writing as they move through Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 5) in readiness for their transition to Upper School.
