The first week

of a new academic year

As our students return to campus,

carrying with it the experience,

The new academic year begins not simply with

a fresh start, but with

 a strong sense of pride in how far our

school community has come

 — and excitement for what lies ahead.

Across the school,

 classrooms are buzzing, friendships

 are being renewed,

new routines are taking shape,

and there is a wonderful sense

 of anticipation

 for the year ahead.

For our youngest Harrovians, the first week has been about settling in, getting curious and discovering their new surroundings. Through play, exploration and plenty of moments of wonder, our Early Years students are beginning to build relationships, grow in confidence and make their first memories of the new school year.

Lower School has been filled with the energy of curious minds. Students have been reconnecting with friends, getting to know their teachers and diving into new learning. From asking questions to trying something for the first time, every day brings another opportunity to explore, imagine and discover.

For our Upper School students, the new academic year brings fresh challenges and greater independence. Alongside their academic journey, they are learning to take ownership, make thoughtful choices and discover their strengths. It is a stage where confidence, character and curiosity grow together.

For our Sixth Form, the new year marks the beginning of an important final chapter at Harrow Shenzhen. With university applications, future ambitions and new responsibilities ahead, our senior students are embracing the year with maturity and purpose — ready to lead, contribute and make the most of every opportunity.
