(A) LEADERSHIP – Using data and systems/policies to continue improving the school in results, pastoral care, safeguarding and staff training

(B) SCHOLARSHIP – To keep improving the quality of teaching and learning, and the impact on results. This includes positive behaviour and clear routines. To improve the quality of ICT facilities and how we keep pupils safe online.

(C) PASTORAL CARE – To improve attendance and listen to pupil voice when considering changes. Improve PSHE curriculum and the quality of Boarding provision.

(D) ENGAGEMENT AND ENROLLMENT – To improve parent/pupil satisfaction rates. Improve communications with our stakeholders.

(E) STAFF – Maintain high levels of quality recruitment.

(F) SUSTAINABILITY AND NON-ACADEMIC AREAS – Improve the school environment and reduce carbon emissions. Maintain high quality site and facilities.

(G) HARROW IDENTITY – Continue to promote and develop the HDA Programme and student leadership.
